Five years ago, David and Annie tied the knot and created a happy life for themselves in the US. Now, they're returning to Annie's village in Thailand to bring home her brother and cousin and give them an opportunity for an education in America.

Loren and Alex have their hands full raising their 1-year-old baby, Shai, and now they are getting ready to bring on baby number two. As if raising two under 2 wasn't stressful enough, Loren learns that Alex is going to Israel without her.

Trying to convince the elders in Annie's family that they'll be good guardians isn't going too well for David and Annie, so David tries to win them over by taking them on a family trip and finally making good on his overdue dowry.

Alex returns home to Israel for the first time in two years, leaving behind a pregnant Loren. As Alex happily reunites with family and friends for a cousin's wedding, Loren struggles with loneliness and taking care of their newly walking toddler.

David and Annie decide it's time to travel to the root of Aunt Lom's disapproval. Then, when Jordan runs away at a critical moment, Annie worries that he might not even want to go to America.

On his last day in Israel, Alex reveals his plan to bring his parents to America, and Loren's parents may not like it. Meanwhile, Loren meets up with a friend from her pre-baby life and tries to make new friends at a local "Mommy and Me" class.

With everyone's blessings, David, Annie, Amber and Jordan leave the village and head to Bangkok for the kids' visa interviews; the family hits another roadblock.

While Alex takes Shai for swimming lessons, Loren receives some alarming news from the doctor; to keep her mind at ease, Loren spends the day shopping with her mom and planning a mini babymoon with Alex

As lockdown rules ease, David and Annie take the kids fishing to relieve their cabin fever. Once they are finally able to schedule visa interviews, worry starts to creep in that Jordan may not be as prepared as Amber.

With the news that the baby may arrive sooner than expected, Loren and Alex shift gears and decide to go on a local babymoon. Also, the couple still needs to figure out the best way to tell Loren's parents about their plan to move out-of-state.

David and Annie dread breaking the news to the family about the kids' failed visa interviews. When suspicions arise that their bad luck is the work of bad spirits surrounding David, he and Annie seek the advice of a local spirit communicator.

Loren seeks advice from her psychic while her parents complain to their other daughter about Loren and Alex's potential move out of state. Loren uses all her tricks to get a reluctant Alex to interview doula candidates with her.

After a visit with the local witch doctor reveals that a protective spirit has been obstructing their efforts, David and Annie's plan to calm the spirit with another blessing ceremony is derailed when Jordan goes missing.

Alex keeps Loren laughing through her tears as she is rushed in for an emergency C-section. Arriving almost a month early, Baby Boten is immediately placed into the NICU instead of her parents' arms, leaving Loren and Alex anxious and sad.

With time running out for the kids to get visas before the school year starts in the US, David and Annie struggle with Jordan's behavior and hope to avoid the choice of leaving Jordan behind or risking Amber's last chance.

Loren and Alex are put to the test as days turn into weeks in the NICU for baby Boten. When they finally get the word that he's strong enough to go home, the couple scrambles to prepare for his arrival.
