A mysterious new student named Maki arrives at the International Dolly Girls' College along with a series of strange and life-threatening events. As the inexplicable happenings escalate, there are terrifying consequences for all those Maki touches.

Level-headed student Kaoru uncovers secrets from Maki's past and begins to question the reasons behind her relocation from the USA. Aoi's miraculous recovery from her injuries seems too good to be true.

Dr Seto and Dr Grossman discover a strange side-effect during their research. Some of the girls at school begin to follow Maki's lead, while Kaoru and journalist Takeshi Sawada investigate Dr Seto's work.

During a routine cremation, a local mortician finds the answer to a problem Dr Seto couldn't solve. Mai's mother becomes increasingly ill, and an attempt is made to liberate confidential case study notes.
