Leslie comes out to her coworkers. Cindy has difficulties accepting Troy's transgender identity. A new couple, Beverly and A.J. aka Karen, is introduced. Jennifer wants Larry to come out to their friends and neighbors.

With Jennifer's support, Larry comes out to their neighbors at Ladies' Night. Troy tells Cindy he's going to get a makeover to look more like Lucy. Stacy & Leslie get romantic. As Beverly tries to chill out, Karen heats things up with a fancy new hairdo.

Troy goes out in public as Lucy for the first time and Cindy is conflicted about it. Leslie and Stacy spend some romantic time alone in Seattle. Jennifer takes Lawren shopping for female clothes.

Cindy and Troy fight about their future and a very-pregnant Stacy stresses over finances.

Stacy and Leslie each face dangerous health issues while they prepare for the birth of their child.

After a stressful labour Stacy delivers baby Artemis, and Leslie heads off for the surgery.

Troy wants to start hormones but Cindy has concerns, and Lawren tells her mum she is transgender.

Cindy nervously prepares herself to meet Lucy, while Beverly and Karen go their separate ways.
