A young and headstrong Bhaskar runs away from his hometown and arrives in Mumbai to live with his uncle, Rama. While managing his job at a restaurant, Bhaskar completes his police training. His hard work pays off when he joins the special encounter squad, ATS.

The ATS is on a mission to uproot the gangsters of the city, and its first target is Rama Shetty. The Operation Crackdown creates a predicament for Bhaskar.

Bhaskar assures Karekar of his loyalty towards his duty in spite of his close relationship with Rama Shetty. Later, journalist Nitin Shirodkar ridicules Bhaskar for confronting Karekar. After a shootout, Shirodkar is paraded naked.

Karekar lauds and celebrates Bhaskar’s latest crackdown of Zaheer's gang. Rama takes the lead to gun down Vithal from Poojari's gang. Meanwhile, journalist Shirodkar arranges a meetup between Bhaskar and Poojari.

The ATS eliminates Zaheer’s gang and Bhaskar once again proves his calibre. Bhaskar’s growing popularity concerns Karekar. Meanwhile, Zaheer hands over the reins to Rama and flees the country and Rama advices Bhaskar to be cautious.

Dinkar brings in a new inmate to the prison, while Bhaskar and Vaishnavi are getting married. During the honeymoon in Dubai, Bhaskar meets Zaheer.

Bhaskar returns to India immediately after receiving the tip about Rama’s encounter. Dinkar and Vishnu get ready to eliminate a famished Bhaskar. Meanwhile, Vaishnavi and Bhaskar pay a visit to Rama and family at their new home.

Ranjana is finally a star thanks to Bhaskar and his contacts. Rama asks Bhaskar to meet him in the middle of the night, and they decide to leave town.

The ATS are on the move to chase Rama and Bhaskar who are in Belavadi. Rama and Bhaskar meet Bhaskar’s mother and reminisce their childhood. Meanwhile, Bhaskar wants Vaishnavi to make an important delivery for him.

ATS and the involved ministers are in disarray due to Vaishnavi’s abduction. Bhaskar and Vaishnavi attend Rama’s funeral. Meanwhile, Karekar leaves no stone unturned to get Bhaskar out of Bombay.

Bhaskar witnesses a bus full of kids getting blown to pieces. Upon finding out about the perpetrator of the crime, Bhaskar decides to avenge their death.

Shirodkar, along with Karekar and Dinkar, plans to frame Bhaskar for murder. Now that Bhaskar is out on bail, he decides to have a friendly discussion with Karekar. Bhaskar wants to surprise Vaishnavi by showing up early.
