Two months after the alleged disappearance of his wife, Abla, Jaber reveals to Zeina the truth about what happened to her. The police summoned Zina's family for questioning.

Jaber and Zeina recall the beginnings of their relationship and the day Zeina discovered that he does not accept rejection easily.

Gaber receives a message from an unknown sender blackmailing him. Hazem tries to find new leads on the girls’ disappearance. Abla’s father goes to a lawyer.

When the police find a body, Hazem brings Zeina’s family in for questioning again, which includes Gaber. Zeina gives her mother a call.

Salama and his new lawyer go to Hazem about Abla’s case and their theory about Gaber. When a businessman he met starts looking into him, Gaber finds himself at an impasse.

Even though Gaber managed to escape, Hazem gets a hold of a loose thread that will help him piece together the puzzle.
